Store Crew

Join to apply for the Store Crew role at 7-Eleven. Store Crew positions are entry-level opportunities with both full-time and part-time options to fit your schedule. The role includes cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking, with some food service positions tasked with food prep and food service safety. If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

• Some food service positions are tasked with food prep and food service safety.
• Deliver friendly customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

• No prior experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn; training provided.
• Cash handling, cashier, customer service, retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment and following health code guidelines.
• Ability to assist with food preparation and presentation, including making coffee.
• Excellent cash handling skills and ability to promote our rewards loyalty program.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
