Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Trim / Finish Carpenters for projects located in and around Oconomowoc, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $25-33/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
* Perform high-quality trim and finish carpentry in multi-family residential buildings.
* Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of trim, including:
Baseboards, Crown molding, Door and window casings, Chair rails, Stair railings and decorative trim
* Cabinet installation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
* Install doors, windows, staircases, and custom built-ins to precise specifications.
* Ensure all work is clean, level, plumb, and aligned to industry-leading craftsmanship standards.
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
* Work may also include commercial-grade hardware installation
* Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in finish/trim carpentry (multi-family project experience strongly preferred).
* Familiarity with commercial grade hardware installation is a plus
* Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification prior to starting
* Strong background in cabinet installation and detailed finish work
* Must bring your own tools and PPE suitable for finish carpentry
* Reliable transportation
