Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is expanding mental health services in Anne Arundel County Public Schools and is looking for Licensed Clinicians and Clinical Social Workers to serve elementary school students in the Odenton, MD cluster for the 2025–2026 school year. Clinicians must be licensed in Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will provide mental health services to students in elementary schools and/or via telehealth.

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
• Active, in‑good‑standing Maryland license: LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR; excellent oral and written communication skills; reliable transportation
• Flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self‑sufficiency

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in a school setting (telehealth when needed) to meet the minimum weekly billable hours
• Maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets
• Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi‑annually
• Assess clients’ needs for other services such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or referrals for outside treatment as appropriate
• Participate in weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly supervision, clinical staff meetings, and clinical training/professional development
• Complete other duties as assigned
