Choctaw Global’s Contracting Services (CCS) seeks experienced behavioral health clinicians to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) through a potential behavioral health services contract. The CCS candidate pipeline positions applicants for a mission‑critical role once the contract is awarded.

Position AvailabilityPosition availability is based on successful contract award.
Responsibilities Patient Care & Behavioral Health Support- Provide behavioral health treatment and rehabilitation services under applicable licensure and scope of practice.
- Conduct or assist in assessments, including clinical interviews, mental status examinations, substance abuse evaluations, and standardized psychological or nursing assessments.
- Observe, document, and report patient progress, behavioral changes, and outcomes to the clinical care team.
- Obtain, document, and report vital signs according to clinical protocols (as applicable to PMHNP).
- Conduct or assist in group and individual counseling interventions, therapeutic community activities, and related milieu treatment programs in accordance with Defense Health Agency (DHA) policies.
- Provide patient education to enhance awareness and understanding of mental and behavioral health conditions.
- Implement precautionary measures to ensure patient safety and reduce risk of injury or self‑harm.
- Coordinate with military, civilian, and community agencies regarding patient care, treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and administrative functions.
- Obtain collateral information from appropriate agencies and assist in referral coordination to public, private, and military community resources.
- Explain and interpret available behavioral health services to patients, families, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage patient records, reports, and documentation related to behavioral health services and specialty care.
- Support case management and administrative processes as required to ensure continuity of care.
- Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an APA‑accredited doctoral program.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years full‑time post‑licensure treatment experience; documented supervision and management experience; 2 years of recent practice within the past 5 years; clinical peer reviews within the last 2 years; experience in behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, public speaking, and case management.

Certifications:
Active, unrestricted state license to practice psychology in any U.S. state or territory;
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross). - Clearance Requirements: Active Secret security clearance required; TOP Secret/SCI eligibility required; TS/SCI preferred.
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN‑accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in psychiatric services post‑licensure, preferably in a government setting such as DoD or VA.
- Licensure &
Certifications:
Current full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) in any U.S. state or territory;
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross). - Clearance Requirements: Active Secret security clearance required; TOP Secret/SCI eligibility required; TS/SCI preferred.
- Education: Master’s degree from a CSWE‑accredited program.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years post‑licensure clinical social work experience within the past 5 years; experience in psychotherapy, crisis response, and case management.
- Licensure & Certification: Current full, active, and unrestricted LCSW license;
