Deputy Chief Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Deputy Chief Engineer with Security Clearance
A large government client of ours is seeking an experienced Engineer to join their dynamic team. Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, information technology) and 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of related experience.
* Experience with people management and development, including performance management and talent development
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership
* Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail, with experience managing and developing technical teams
* Experience with cloud implementations, software-defined networking, AIOps, and data-driven operations
* Experience with capability deployment across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, integration, test, and sustainment activities
* Experience with large-scale cloud native architecture design utilizing industry security standards
* Currently possess an active Secret security clearance
* Leadership experience utilizing Agile methodologies
* Proven track record of developing and implementing technical solutions that meet customer requirements
* Ability to travel to customer sites (

Preferred Qualifications
* Top Secret clearance
* Experience with DoD processes, DoD Cybersecurity accreditation processes, DISA operations, and Cyber Risk Management Processes
* Experience with Sec Dev Ops  processes and cloud migrations
* Experience with specific technologies, including:
* AWS Gov Cloud IL5/IL6
* CI/CD Pipelines
* Robotic Process Automation
* Application Migrations to the Cloud
* Service Now (TSM, TSOM, and OMT)
* ELK Stack / Kafka
