Responsibilities:

• Wear a variety of hats; be flexible and adaptable.
• Coordinating multiple projects and activities while adhering to timelines.
• Working closely with internal teams, following up on new requests and outstanding items.
• Attending meetings to provide updates and learn about new projects and activities.
• Delivering great service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Post‑secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines.
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Great communication skills.
• Someone who wants to learn and have fun.
