In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a commercial vehicle to provide essential document destruction and recycling services to our customers. This is a hands‑on role that requires both excellent driving skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will:

• Lead safe and efficient route execution by operating and maintaining a company Commercial Driver's License (CDL) vehicle, averaging 16 to 18 local stops daily.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver timely service, maintain strong communication, and accurately complete all necessary service paperwork and records.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational safety standards, Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and company policies, including pre‑employment substance abuse screening and physical requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum age of 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL
  
  B) and a good driving record.
• Proven ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including safely loading, transporting materials, lifting at least 70 pounds, and managing bins up to 350 pounds.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.

• Pay: $24.75 per hour.
• Shift: Approximately 6:30 am – 4:30 pm.
• Health & Wellness: Full health and dental benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
• Time Off: Two weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and sick pay.

Reasonably expected salary range: $51,400.00 - $64,200.00
