Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

• Oversee inventory accounting, physical inventories, cycle count programs, inventory reserves, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage standard costing, job costing, labor absorption, overhead allocation, and cost variance analysis.
• Work closely with manufacturing and operations teams to improve costing accuracy and financial visibility.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least three years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial statement preparation.
