We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support day-to-day receivables operations for a waste and environmental services organization in Odessa, Texas. This long-term contract position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to manage high-volume billing and payment activity in a fast-paced office setting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with invoicing, cash application, and commercial collections, along with strong accuracy in financial data processing.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accounts receivable information with a high level of accuracy across daily transactions.
• Prepare customer billings and ensure invoices are issued promptly and in alignment with account details.
• Process invoices and supporting documentation while keeping records organized and up to date.
• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate balances.
• Follow up on outstanding commercial accounts to support timely collection of open balances.
• Manage complete receivables activities, including billing support, payment posting, and account review.
• Use Open Invoice or Open Ticket systems to track transactions, update records, and support receivables workflows.
