The Military to Civilian Advocate provides comprehensive career, training, and transition assistance to transitioning service members, recently separated veterans, and military spouses. This position delivers intensive career advising, case management, and employment readiness services designed to support successful transition into civilian careers for service members and their families.

The Fiscal Support Specialist is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Fiscal Operations team. Key responsibilities include processing employee data changes and bi‑weekly payroll, preparing, compiling, and analyzing reports for the Management Team, and maintaining financial records for compliance.

This position focuses on business engagement, job development, and outreach to promote the hiring of transitioning service members (TSMs), recently separated veterans (RSVs), and military spouses.
