Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and align inventory with demand forecasts to support operational goals. - Process Optimization:
Develop and implement efficient inventory control strategies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Leverage inventory data to generate actionable insights, create reports, and guide purchasing and production strategies. - Vendor
Collaboration:
Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods. - Compliance & Audits:
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Technology Integration:
Utilize advanced inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Net Suite, or equivalent) to enhance efficiency and maintain real‑time data accuracy.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus. - Experience:
2+ years in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar role, with demonstrated success in process optimization and team leadership.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and inventory best practices.
