The campus‑scale deployment offers a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest‑growing hyperscale markets in the country.

• West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region
• Primary airport hub:
  Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF)
• Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
• 2– year, project‑based assignment with long‑term stability and continuity

• Deliver infrastructure that supports global technology platforms at the frontier of AI‑driven construction
• Work on hyperscale, mission‑critical facilities with extreme power density, advanced cooling, and redundant systems
• Lead execution where precision, safety, and schedule directly impact AI deployment timelines

This role provides high visibility, long‑term stability, and the opportunity to manage one of the most technically complex construction environments in the industry.

• Lead overall project scope, budget, schedule, and contract administration
• Manage procurement, subcontractor buy‑out, and change management
• Partner with superintendents to align field execution with project goals
• Drive forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation
• Interface directly with owners, designers, and executive leadership

• 8+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects
• Strong financial and contractual management skills
• Data center or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
• Willingness to commit to a long‑term West Texas assignment
