Location: Odessa, TX
A leading construction Owner Representative company who are seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative Construction Manager to support a major data center owner on large-scale projects across Texas.
This direct-hire, onsite role will act as the owner’s on-the-ground representative throughout all phases of construction, ensuring projects are executed with exceptional quality, efficiency, and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Owner’s Representative for mission-critical data center construction projects
- Serve as the primary daily liaison with the General Contractor, ensuring adherence to design, quality standards, and schedule
- Maintain a strong, professional onsite presence representing the owner’s interests at all times
- Track construction progress, proactively identify risks or issues, and coordinate resolutions with project stakeholders
- Oversee safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all phases of project delivery
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data center construction (mission-critical experience strongly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and infrastructure coordination
- Strong communication skills with proven client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to,
