Videographer & Photographer Specialist
The City of Odessa is seeking a creative Videographer & Photographer Specialist to produce video, photography, audio, graphic design, and digital content for City communications, social media, websites, events, and public outreach.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Broadcasting, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and After Effects.
- Experience with professional video, photography, audio, and graphic design equipment/software.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous work required.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
Schedule:
Some evening/weekend work and rotating on‑call responsibilities are required. This position is designated as essential personnel and may be called in during emergencies.
