We re seeking two full-time Neonatologists to join a growing NICU program in Odessa, Texas. What

s the Gig?
  • You ll play a key role in a Level II NICU with a planned transition to Level III, offering the chance to help shape and elevate the program.

  • Currently a 12-bed NICU, designed to support both growth and high-quality patient care.

  • Approximately 1,400 annual deliveries, serving a broad regional population.

  • Average daily census of 6 7 patients, allowing for thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
  • Managing neonates born at 32 weeks gestation or greater and weighing 1,500 grams or more.

  • Caring for convalescing infants transitioning out of intensive care.

  • Providing short-term mechanical ventilation support as needed.

  • Stabilizing and coordinating transfer of critically ill neonates requiring higher-level care.

  • Treating infants with perinatal substance exposure, including scoring and pharmacologic management.

  • Managing low-birth-weight infants who require extended monitoring, feeding support, and nursing care.

  • Delivering critical neonatal interventions such as CPR, cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy, and acute stabilization.

The Schedule & Perks:
  • Combination of in-house daytime coverage and on-call overnight responsibilities.

  • 30-minute response time for call.
