This role offers immediate volume, a balanced mix of clinic and procedural work, and the option to incorporate interventional cardiology or academic interests over time.

• Join a cardiology group with interventional and general cardiologists supported by inpatient and outpatient APPs
• Mix of general cardiology and procedural work, including diagnostic caths, pacemakers, and STEMI care
• On-site diagnostic center and cath lab with multiple procedure rooms and planned expansion
• High referral volume with current wait times for new patients
• Option to participate in education and mentoring through an affiliated academic appointment

• Flexible weekly structure with approximately three to four clinic days and two cath lab days
• Call rotation of 1:5 with one weekend per month, supported by interventional backup
• APPs handle the majority of inpatient rounding and consults
• Optional clinic coverage at additional locations, with travel time reimbursed

• Guaranteed base salary of $600k with RVU production incentives for general cardiology
• $750k salary guarantee available for interventional cardiology + production
• Annual quality incentive and negotiable signing and relocation support
• Thirty days of PTO, CME funding and time, retirement plan with matching
• Licensure, DEA, and professional expenses reimbursed

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• A general or interventional cardiology background is welcome
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
