We're seeking a Chiropractor to join a thriving clinic in Midland-Odessa. This isn't your traditional wellness‑care model—it’s a patient‑first approach that blends chiropractic and rehabilitative exercise, with each visit structured as a one‑hour session focused on injury resolution. This is a growth hire, bringing in a second provider to meet patient demand.

• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions using an evidence‑based model.
• Deliver hands‑on manual therapy (no instruments or passive modalities).
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise protocols to aid recovery and prevent re‑injury.
• Apply functional taping and other approved modalities as part of treatment.
• Manage the clinical environment and oversee support staff as needed.
• Deliver patient‑centered care, averaging 40 patients weekly depending on staffing.

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, or nearing graduation.
• Licensed (or in process of obtaining licensure).
• Strong communication skills and a mission‑driven, patient‑focused mindset.
• Exceptional palpation skills and hand/grip strength.
• Passion for soft tissue work (ART, MFR, or similar techniques a plus).
• Open to entry‑level and experienced candidates (extensive training provided).
• Willingness to relocate to Midland‑Odessa, TX (relocation package available).

• Full‑time; 40 hours per week of patient care.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday mornings depending on clinic needs.
• Professional clinical attire required.
