SUMMARY: Responsible to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional music education program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Responsible for working effectively with a team comprised of paraprofessionals, teachers, administrators, parents and district office staff with the purpose of providing quality educational services for each and every student, each and every day, without exception.

Path 1 – Alternative Licensure
:
If you have a bachelor's degree, we can enroll you in an online, alternative licensure program that is low cost with high level training.

Path 2 – Long Term Substitute
:
Only requires a sub license and you would receive on the job training.

Path 3 – Apprentice Teacher of Record
:
If you are interested in completing your bachelor's degree and becoming a teacher, the Colorado Department of Education is partnering with the Department of Labor to create a Teacher Apprentice Program. This program is aimed to allow aspiring teachers to earn their bachelor's degree while gaining on the job training.
