Loan Officer Assistant

Certainty Home Lending is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our innovative and passionate team. The primary function is to support and manage client engagement activities including some aspects of partner development.

Pay range - $36-39k Annually - plus bonus

• Assisting Loan Officer with prequalifying clients
• Assure application is fully completed
• Review product guidelines
• Running AUS and confirming findings are correct
• Request and review all documents from borrowers after prequalified. This includes calculating income, reviewing income documents to confirm information on application such as marital status, depends, child support, etc. reviewing bank statements for large deposits and debts paid not on credit
• Follow up with clients on remaining documentation and/or conditions
• Tracking files and having weekly pipeline calls with Loan Officer

• 3-5 years loan processing/origination experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• NMLS license in Texas
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel (required)
• Familiarity and comfort with social media
• Positive outlook and proactive attitude working around a relatively complex and regulated underwriting process.
