This is an entry‑level lending position that is responsible for assisting the lending officer. The main job function is to prepare and process multiple types of loan documents.

• Interview members to assist and obtain personal and financial data for consumer loan and credit card applications.
• Notify applicants by mail, telephone, or in person of acceptance or rejection.
• Provide assistance in inputting data into the computer, recording information as required, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, and other routine duties as needed.
• Assist departmental staff in processing various activities involved in credit granting and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Process and perfect DMV documentation.
• Collect all required documentation for the loan.

• Active communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong character.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to multi‑task at a fast pace.
• Willing to work at different branches.
