*** Six months to two years of sales, lending, or personal banking experience preferred.
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* Exceptional listening skills, ensuring every conversation feels personalized and members feel valued, not rushed.
* A naturally warm, friendly, and welcoming presence, members feel comfortable approaching you with questions or concerns.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring applications are complete, documents are accurate, and account updates are handled correctly the first time.
