Our Odessa office is growing, and we’re seeking contract therapists to perform assessments and evaluations for individuals with disabilities.

DSSW is the largest provider in Texas for CLASS program participants
, primarily serving severely disabled children
, as well as adults with disabilities. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care—and we need professionals like you to help us continue that mission.

• Conduct Physical therapy assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized plans to support client goals and well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Work independently with flexible scheduling

• Licensed or certified Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience working with children and adults with disabilities
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
