As an Airrosti Provider, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional patient care by evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries using our proven, evidence‑based treatment model. You’ll focus on hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education—without the pressures of managing staff or running a business.

• Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience working as a full‑time Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional palpation skills with above‑average hand/grip strength.
• Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab; experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred.

• First‑year compensation: $72,000–$100,000+ for PTs with 1–3 years of experience.
• First‑year compensation: $90,000–$120,000+ for PTs with 3+ years of experience.
