You’ll focus on hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education—without the pressures of managing staff or running a business.

- Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience working as a full‑time Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional palpation skills with above‑average hand/grip strength.
- Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab; experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred.
- First‑year compensation: $72,000–$100,000+ for PTs with 1–3 years of experience.
- First‑year compensation: $90,000–$120,000+ for PTs with 3+ years of experience.
