Responsible for recruiting qualified nurses, respiratory therapists, and support staff. Supports the development of hospital programs and services that facilitate nurse recruitment. Activities include planning, coordination, market research, and implementation of recruitment initiatives.
EducationBachelor’s degree preferred;
Registered RN in the State of Texas.
Nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Recruiting experience preferred.
Job KnowledgeWorking knowledge of recruiting methods, including locating applicant pools and direct recruiting. Familiarity with hospital policy and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, enthusiasm, and interviewing abilities.
