Performs clerical duties and serves as assistant for the entire Human Resources Department. Responsibilities are assigned by the HR Benefits Manager, HR Director, Hiring Manager, and CHRO as needed.

• Operate computers and calculators efficiently.
• Maintain office procedures, proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Answer correspondence and communicate professionally with visitors and callers.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and technology skills.
• Make logical and rational decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Two or more years’ experience in a Human Resources Department is preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Computer proficiency, strong organization, technology, communication, problem solving, and customer service.

• Long periods of sitting.
• Extended computer use leading to UDT‑induced eye strain.
• Numerous daily trips to the main hospital may be necessary.
