Seymore Group LLC is a leading provider of Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic, and Security Camera Installation. We specialize in installation of all network delivery cabling and hardware. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structured Cabling Project Supervisor to join our team.

The Structured Cabling Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of structured cabling projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in structured cabling systems, and the ability to effectively manage project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all aspects of structured cabling projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
• Lead and supervise project teams, including technicians, installers, and subcontractors, to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including reviewing technical drawings, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards for structured cabling installation.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings, to clients and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities, prepare project proposals, and participate in client meetings and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured cabling installation and project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber optic cabling, cable management, and termination techniques.
• Proven experience managing structured cabling projects of varying size and complexity, from initial planning through final implementation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead project teams, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
• Industry certifications such as BICSI RCDD, CDCDP, or PMP are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
