The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset, organizational/interpersonal skills, and a customer focus.

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Seek new clients, generate prospective client lists, and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, and contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
• Valid and current limited lines or property & casualty license in Texas preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn proprietary software quickly.
• Complete continuing education courses (paid by A‑MAX) to maintain active license status with TDI.
