** General Information/Job Summary
** The Project Controls Manager is required onsite to oversee a project controls staff as well as provide comprehensive cost control, reports and forecasts for both the project team and the client.#
** Responsibilities/Competencies
*** Develop and maintain multiple project cost reports (both internal & client) on a weekly basis.
* Develop and maintain multiple reports on weekly and monthly labor progress and performance reports (both internal and client), project cost tracking reports for indirect labor, rental equipment, and subcontracts.
* Assist with development and maintenance of change management system including change orders, budget shifts, and trends including contingency management.
* Timely and accurate forward-looking analysis and mitigation plan development to reduce or eliminate unforeseen cost impacts.
* Actively participate in reviews of all project controls deliverables with the project team.
* Assist management in forecasting the project expected costs for monthly reporting purposes.
* Develop and maintain budgets in progress tracking tool.
* Assist with auditing payroll coding on a weekly basis.
* Perform data audits to ensure accuracy of information.
* Liaison with the procurement and billing departments
* Make costs corrections.
* Understand earned value management systems.
* Manage and oversee Project Controls Staff including a scheduler and a team that will be utilized in the development of work packages and tracking progress.###
** Requirements
* ** Min 10 years of experience in Project Controls.
* Possess thorough working knowledge of scheduling and costing principles.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera is required.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.
* Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
