Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall management of Faudree Ranch community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-functioning environment while fostering a strong sense of community among residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Faudree Ranch community, ensuring all facilities and amenities are well-maintained.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, landscaping, and repair services to maintain community standards.
  • Organize community events and activities to promote resident engagement and foster a positive neighborhood atmosphere.
  • Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies consistently and fairly.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts related to community operations.
  • Collaborate with homeowners’ associations, board members, and external partners to support community goals.
  • Monitor and report on community issues, including safety, security, and compliance matters.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in community management, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of community association operations, local regulations, and property maintenance.
  • Proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
