JOB SUMMARY

Follows Injection Molding procedures to run parts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up of equipment; chiller, thermolator and dryer.
• Load program into Injection Molding machine.
• Regrind appropriate material.
• Complete paperwork according to instructions.
• Number billets, inspect parts and label per instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area during and at end of shift.

SUPERVISION

• Works under close supervision following detailed instructions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have clear understanding of basic math and have the ability to read, write and comprehend English (work orders, safety and operations instructions)

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND DEMANDS

• Exposure to manufacturing environment preferred.
• Spends 100% of time in the shop. Standing 90% of time.
• May be exposed to possible shop hazards including heaving machinery, fumes, dust, heat and high pressure and temperatures.
