GCON is delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus in West Texas, purpose-built to support next-generation AI, cloud computing, and high-performance workloads. We are seeking experienced MEP Superintendents to lead project execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

This campus-scale deployment represents a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest-growing hyperscale markets in the country.

• The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region.
• Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel.
• Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates.
• This is a 2–5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity.

This role leads all electrical construction activities for hyperscale data centers supporting AI workloads, including MV/LV power, UPS, generators, and distribution systems. It provides high visibility, long‑term stability, and the opportunity to manage one of the most technically complex construction environments in the industry.

• Lead electrical field execution and trade coordination.
• Drive sequencing, schedule milestones, and commissioning readiness.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Project Management and Commissioning teams.

• 7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Experience with mission‑critical or industrial power systems.
• Strong electrical sequencing and safety leadership.
• Ability to lead large trade work forces.
