* What You Will Do:

*** Complete daily work functions within production operations in a safe and efficient manner
* Blend, react, package, and transfer finished chemical products while maintaining quality standards
* Operate mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, mixers, automation control systems, and packaging equipment
* Perform forklift operations to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the facility
* Complete production documentation including production tickets, goods receipts, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation
* Conduct daily inspections of equipment and work areas while maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the facility
* Comply with all plant safety initiatives, environmental requirements, and quality procedures, including near-miss and incident reporting
* Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
* Ensure compliance with all applicable ISO requirements and company operating procedures
* Work closely with Production Team Leads and cross-functional teams to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator
* Physically able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 pounds
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders and perform bending, squatting, kneeling, and other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment
* Must have the ability to safely work in an industrial manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment
