The Bridge in Odessa, TX is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries to lead Bridge Youth (grades 6–12) and families in a Bible-centered, mission-focused way.
You will recruit and train volunteers, build discipleship pathways, oversee weekly gatherings, and partner with families while maintaining Safe Sanctuaries compliance and a balanced budget. A pastor’s heart and youth ministry experience are essential.
