Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Odessa, TX
Position Highlights:
- Join a well-respected hospital with a supportive surgical team
- Monday–Thursday schedule, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Two OR suites with an average of 3–5 scheduled cases/day
- General surgical cases and pediatric dentistry (5 days/month)
- No OB cases and no on-call responsibilities
- All cases are scheduled with occasional emergent cases through the ER
- Facility is actively growing surgical volume
Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099 contract option: up to $450,000 annually
- Direct employment option: salary up to $375,000 annually
- Full benefits package including health coverage and retirement plan
- Outstanding retirement match: 2.5 to 1
