- Shift: FT Nights
- Hours:
12‑hour shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) - $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus with an 18‑month commitment
- Relocation assistance available
- Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Triages patients.
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self‑care skills.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Expects a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- NRP certification.
- Suicide Prevention Certification.
- PALS and COAP preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NICU required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
