Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agency to ensure comprehensive, personalized service.
The ideal candidate has LVN licensure, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and a minimum of two years LVN/home health experience, plus a valid drivers license.
