FOH Lead Supervisor (Full Time and Part Time)

Location:

University of Texas of the Permian Basin, 4901 East University, Odessa, TX 79762.

Schedule:

Full time and part time – days and hours may vary with evenings and weekends. Pay: $16.00 per hour.

We are hiring immediately for FOH Lead Supervisor positions. Prior supervisory experience is required. Willing to train.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Because the position requires service in an educational facility, periods of reduced activity may occur (winter/summer). These may be unpaid and deemed temporary layoff, though you may be required to work year‑round depending on business needs.
