Overview

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including:

  • Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
  • Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
  • Following planograms and client‑specific directives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond and communicate consistently with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
  • Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests.
  • Conduct fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
  • Available for weekend assignments as needed.
Scheduling / Planning
  • Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Project Execution
  • Execute all directives fully and completely.
  • Collaborate with shared services team to improve operational efficiencies.
Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within shared services, clients, retailers, and field representatives.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with internal teams and clients.
Leadership & Cross‑functional Work
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills.
  • Set a high standard for behavior and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Work across all aspects of the company and align with cross‑functional processes.
Customer & Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction continuously improves according to KPIs.
  • Be open to providing and receiving feedback.
Qualifications Age / Eligibility
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Availability
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday.
  • Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
  • Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Physical Abilities
  • Climb ladder up to 10 feet.
  • Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Can kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, and reach overhead.
Adaptability
  • Adjust to changing tasks and environments.
Communication Skills
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
  • Use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, apps.
  • Respond consistently to field services management within 24 hours (typically).
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Experience Preferred
  • Installation and merchandising experience.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Follow planogram directives.
Technology
  • Own Android or Apple mobile device.
  • Navigate communication platforms independently.
Training
  • Complete all training assignments within designated timeframe.
Transportation and Travel
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home.
Leadership & Communication
  • Superior leadership, professional communication, presentation skills.
  • Make sound decisions and problem‑solve effectively.
  • Autonomous with excellent time management and reporting skills.
