— Bachelor’s degree in the field with 3+ years of experience.
— Lead generation or call center experience, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), database management systems, and common sales tools/methods is preferred.
— Proven experience in lead qualification or inside selling.
— Analyze possible solutions to develop and follow standard work to contact and generate quality sales leads, utilizing a consultative sales strategy.
— Integrate the lead qualification process with Hubspot for improved efficiencies.
— Harvest incoming leads, drive initial contact, and distribute to Sales Managers and the CEO.
— Own the lead management process across the EU and the US areas.
— Apply technical and business knowledge to recommend service solutions and successfully qualify the leads.
— Accelerate revenue growth through the provision of high-quality leads.
— Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual lead creation and conversion metrics (OKRs).
