* What You Will Do:

*** Sells company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
* Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sale activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
* Develops strong customer relationships.
* Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
* Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
* Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products.
* Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
* Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
* Provides leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives.
* Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.
* Knowledge of products and experience in Artificial Lift Systems
* Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
* Other duties as required.

* Criminal Background Check
* MVR
*
* Minimum Requirements:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* Two or more years outside sales experience
* Two years’ experience in Artificial Lift
* Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role
* Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
* Good math and analytical skills.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree
** Physical Demands:
*** The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed.
* Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
* The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
* Ability to lift 10 lbs.
