Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odessa, TX for a PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) Technician. The PSV Valve Technician will be responsible for the inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of pressure safety valves. This role involves accurate documentation of work performed, adherence to safety protocols, troubleshooting valve issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The technician will work closely with other team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of valves within customer facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience with inspection, testing, repair, and maintenance of pressure safety valves
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document work performed
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Relevant technical certifications and training in pressure safety valves
- Willingness to work on-site in Odessa, TX
- Prior experience in the refining, petrochemical, power, or similar heavy industrial industries is a plus
