• Complete troubleshooting, repairs and rebuilds on engine products and customer equipment in a service shop.
• Perform preventative maintenance on engines using diagnostic software.
• Apply documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs, identifying required parts and tools.
• Complete required documentation: work‑completed forms, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents via system input.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications on Cummins products.
• Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and report incidents to supervisor.

• Intermediate or higher level knowledge of engine products.
• Experience in diagnostics and repair planning.
• Valid driving license; a CDL may be required.
• Minimum 18 years old, 2 years of driving experience, 5‑year motor‑vehicle record free of major violations.
• Vocational diploma or apprenticeship in engine technology preferred.
