The Field Service Tech installs, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs oil and gas equipment, industrial machinery, and electronic systems across a multi-state and regional service territory. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager and Technical Support Manager, this role involves regular daily travel and overnight assignments while providing responsive customer support and accurate service documentation through field service management software and paper-based work orders.

• Install and commission oil and gas equipment, industrial machinery, and electronic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete field repairs.
• Provide customer support during service visits.
• Document service activities using field service management software and paper-based work orders.
• Manage service parts and inventory.
• Maintain safety compliance throughout service activities.
• Coordinate service scheduling across regional and multi-state territories.

• 1+ years of experience in field service technology.
• Valid driver's license.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience using electronic test equipment.
• Technical documentation and inventory management skills.
• Customer service, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
