Lease Operator

Supports field operations by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of oil and gas production equipment.

This role is responsible for ensuring production facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with clients operational, environmental, and safety standards. The position requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently in a field environment, and effective coordination with operations and maintenance teams.

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection,and water disposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Jobis to perfomed byemploying safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diplomaor GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred.
• Valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
• Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices.
