• $24.00 an hour Part-time job working 2:15 p.m.
  
  -4:15 p.m. Monday-Friday and some school holidays to/from field trips

• Transports students from school and to/from field trips in a safe manner.
• Appropriately operates the vehicles and equipment.
• Obeys all traffic laws and transportation practices outlined in the Driver Handbook, Company Policy, and local ordinances.
• Observes all mandatory safety regulations and keeps all emergency exits clear of obstructions.
• Effectively handles the vehicle and students in adverse weather conditions.
• Relates well to students and staff.
• Inspects the vehicle before and after each route or activity trip.
• Maintains vehicle in clean condition and informs the Director of any routine maintenance or repairs required.
• Adheres to district health and safety policies.
• Adheres to Texas Minimum Standards for after-school caregivers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL (with passenger endorsement) License and clean driving record.
• 3 years prior professional driving experience
• Must be able to work as part of a team and get along with various personalities.
• Pass Background check.
