Join Capstone Logistics as a Warehouse Associate and contribute to a high‑performance culture focused on transparency, strong relationships, and community impact.

1st Shift 6:00 am–Finish, 2nd Shift 2:00 pm–Finish, 3rd Shift 10:00 pm–Finish. Sunday–Friday. The schedule is set at the time of hire.

$300–$800 per week, paid weekly.

Odessa, TX.

• Perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast‑paced and very physical.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
