L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for an established industrial distribution company in Odessa, TX. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, comfortable working with customers, and willing to support multiple areas of warehouse operations.

• Receive and inspect incoming freight and small-package shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process transfer orders and maintain accurate system records
• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Load and unload products safely
• Make local deliveries using cargo vans or box trucks when needed
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and team members
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Previous sit-down forklift experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-accountability environment
• Willingness to assist with deliveries and other warehouse responsibilities as needed
