Je hebt een HBO-opleiding Maatschappelijk Werk/ Social Work, ervaring in indicatieaanvragen en kennis van sociale regelingen. Het werk is onderdeel van een dynamisch herstelteam; ontwikkelingen binnen het ART-model staan centraal.
