This is a full-time, on-site role located in O'Fallon, IL for a Governance Functional Analyst. The Governance Functional Analyst will be responsible for overseeing governance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing and developing governance frameworks, assessing risks, creating compliance documents, and collaborating with various teams to ensure adherence to best practices. The role also involves monitoring and reporting progress to ensure that governance standards are met effectively.

• Experience in policy development, governance frameworks, and risk analysis
• Strong skills in process improvement, data interpretation, and compliance management
• Proficiency in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and communication
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Knowledge or experience with regulatory requirements and organizational procedures
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software for analyzing governance and compliance metrics
