Join a well-established and collaborative primary care team with BJC Medical Group in the greater St. Louis, Missouri region, based out of our Shiloh, Illinois practice location. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician who thrives in team-orientated environment is committed to providing continuity of care.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $300,000/year for two years, transition into a wRVU team based compensation model.
- $50,000 signing bonus

- 20 days PTO plus additional 5 days for CME and a $4,000 allowance/year.
